Daily Average Proton and Helium Fluxes from the Ulysses/COSPIN/High
Energy Telescope (HET)
This page contains listings and plots of daily average proton and helium
fluxes. Protons and helium are identified and separated from background
using the pulse-height analysis data from the High Energy Telescope.
Fluxes are calculated in the energy ranges 39-70 MeV/n and 70-95 MeV/n
for both protons and helium nuclei, corresponding to the HET counting
rates H4 and H5.
Any use of these data for publication purposes requires approval by
the Principal Investigator,
R. B. McKibben of the
University of New Hampshire
(e-mail address: bruce.mckibben@unh.edu)
and should include acknowledgement of support for preparation
of the data by NASA/JPL Contract 955432.
