COSPIN SIM-2 package on Ulysses, containing the HET and the HFT

Sketch and brief description of the HET

HET Data Available On-Line:

10-minute averages of HET spin-averaged and 8-sectored counting rates for
protons, helium, electrons and heavy nuclei in various energy ranges from a
few MeV up to relativistic energies are available both as plots and as downloadable
data listings, from the Ulysses Data System"

Daily average PHA-based fluxes of Protons and Helium nuclei in the approximate
energy ranges 39-70 MeV/n and 70-95 MeV/n are also available as downloadable
listings.
